Warranty

Effective date: April 17, 2025

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We build Pulli products to last, and we stand behind every one. This limited warranty applies only to Pulli Bin trash cans and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for three (3) years from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty applies only when the product has been used and cared for according to Pulli instructions. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Pulli or from authorized Pulli resellers.

WHAT'S COVERED

If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, Pulli will, at its option:

  • Repair the product or provide replacement parts at no charge
  • Replace the product with the same model or a comparable model
  • Issue a credit or refund up to the original purchase price if a suitable replacement is unavailable

Replacement parts or replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty term. Pulli may substitute a similar product, finish, or component if the exact model or part is no longer available. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of noticing the defect.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear, scuffs, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections or variations inherent to manufacturing processes
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, impact, improper cleaning, or modification
  • Damage caused by accident, fire, theft, or natural disaster
  • Products used outside a private home (no commercial, rental, or institutional use)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or secondhand sources
  • Counterfeit or imitation products
  • Issues caused by non-Pulli parts, accessories, or modifications
  • Damage from environmental exposure including extreme heat, cold, moisture, or outdoor placement
  • Consumable or disposable items such as trash bags, liners, or related accessories

Pulli reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether a claim qualifies for coverage.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Email team@pullidesign.com with:

  • Your name and contact info
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A short description of the issue 
  • Photos or video showing the problem if available

Pulli will review your claim and advise on the next steps. In some cases, Pulli may request the product be returned for inspection.

LEGAL LIMITS

This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased and only when the product is purchased and used in that same country. This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pulli is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages including loss of use, inconvenience, or lost time.Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
