5-YEAR LIMITED FUNCTIONAL WARRANTY
We build Pulli products to make everyday chores easier, and we stand behind the quality of everything we make. That's why every Pulli Bin comes with a 5-Year Limited Functional Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship that materially affect its essential functions: throwing away trash, keeping it contained, and removing the bag.
This warranty covers normal household use for five (5) years from the original retail purchase date. It applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is valid for products purchased directly from Pulli or authorized resellers (pullidesign.com and Pulli's official Amazon storefront) except where otherwise required by applicable law.
WHAT'S COVERED
This warranty covers defects that prevent the Pulli Bin from performing its three essential functions:
1. Throwing away trash: The foot pedal and lid must operate to allow normal trash disposal.
2. Containing trash: The Pulli Bin’s structure, bag retention system, and necessary door locking mechanisms must function under normal household use.
3. Removing trash: The front doors and associated mechanisms must operate to allow normal forward removal of a full trash bag.
Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship that materially interfere with these functions. If a covered defect occurs, Pulli may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
• Repair the product or provide replacement parts at no charge
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• Provide a refund up to the original purchase price if a suitable replacement is unavailable
Replacement parts and products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
• Nonessential convenience features: Including how far the lid opens, how long it stays open, or how quickly or quietly it moves, unless our written specifications expressly say so
• Cosmetic wear: Scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dents, or other appearance changes that do not materially affect core functionality
• Normal wear and tear: Deterioration from ordinary use that does not constitute a covered defect
• Improper use or damage: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, impacts, improper cleaning, neglect, or repairs, attempted repairs, or modifications not made or approved by Pulli
• External conditions: Damage resulting from extreme temperatures, outdoor exposure, fire, flooding, or natural disasters
• Non-household use: Commercial, rental, or institutional applications
• Unauthorized purchases: Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers
• Consumables: Trash bags, liners, and other disposable accessories
• Third-party components: Damage caused by incompatible accessories, replacement parts, or modifications
A failure of an otherwise excluded feature may still qualify for coverage if it materially interferes with a covered core function. Nothing in these exclusions limits rights provided by applicable law. Pulli will evaluate warranty claims based on the nature of the defect, its effect on normal operation, and the terms of this warranty.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Email team@pullidesign.com with:
• Your name and contact information
• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video, if available
Pulli will reply within three (3) to five (5) business days. We may ask for more information, or ask you to send the Product back to us for inspection. For valid covered claims, warranty repairs and replacements will be provided without charge, except that Pulli may, at its discretion, require you to pay the cost of shipping the Product back to us. A restocking fee may apply if you return a Product that is not covered by this warranty.

LEGAL LIMITS
This limited warranty is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Pulli is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost time, or loss of use. This limit does not apply to claims for personal injury. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
