Refund policy

At Pulli, we’re committed to making everyday life easier, and that includes returns.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Pulli Bin, we offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your Pulli Bin must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at team@pullidesign.com to begin your return request. We’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions once your return is approved. Please note returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive the wrong product, or if your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale, if you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out.

EXCHANGES
If you encounter any issues with your order, please let us know. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement if needed. 

REFUNDS
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, feel free to contact us at team@pullidesign.com.
